1. As far as I know, you can get the DQ tracker or use the app, but I might be wrong. A Beame serves a different purpose, it's for stolen vehicle recovery only where as the DQ tracker or the app tracks driving behaviour such as over speeding, harsh acceleration etc.
2. Yes and no, as far as I know, the premium is based on the normal insurance stuff like where you live, your age, previous accidents etc. So effectively, I suppose it is linked to your previous driving history, but not from Discovery specifically. The potential discount off your premium every month is based on how you drive and the information / data comes from the DQ tracker.
3. I am not with Discovery Insure yet, but I am moving over. Two of my colleges are with them and they get discount off their premiums every month. One of them has claimed and had no issues with the claim process.
