This year to get the points needed one needs to consistently work on gaining points for 52 weeks. So it's bound to be interesting..

How many times do you think the system will be revised this year? Last year it was reworked a shocking 4 times.

Joined vitality for the first time this year and got to gold fairly easily, and I'm not exactly the fitness freak. You can get the lion's share of points with the online evaluations, health checks, etc and a moderate amount of step counting. Not sure what changes in 2017 but just getting an eye test (glaucoma, etc), dental checkup, nutritionist consultation, fitness test, blood sugar/cholesterol etc ( i.e. things you probably should do every year anyway) plus monitoring steps with a couple of 10000 step days a week seemed fairly achievable.

Typically you need 15-20k from fitness points which has pretty much stayed the same. The changes just made it a lot harder to get points in a short period hence me saying you need to get it over the full year.

Exceptions are nutritionist, fitness checks etc which u pay for. So while u could easily just do a few races and gym for year, you now would have to do these to jump in points as events no longer could not as much with exception: Triathlon(considering doing it)

Don't forget that your rand spend to which the Healthy Foods cashback applies is limited to your total Vitality points and we're all back to zero. Do your Vitality Age online assessment ASAP to get those points NOW.

Logged in this morning, had 11200 pts, and chatted to my brother and he had 2500.
A friend sent a screenshot of 2500 at 11:30.
My brother checked again at 1:30, and he still had 2500.
I checked at 1:30, and pts had dropped to 300 - which ties directly into my run this morning.

*sigh*

Trying to get them t look and see what the points are from.

The points are probably from doing the Vitality Age assessment.

Don't healthyfood discounts also get reset back to 10% on 1 January or something like that until one does the online food questionaire for the year?

10% for being registered, increasing to 15% when the Vitality Age has been done. You need to make sure that you re-do your Vitality Health Check before the 12 months is up since the previous one in order to go up to/maintain 25%

Check your Vitality Points Monitor for last year to see when you last had the Check done.

Well I did mine, and got 2500 (Age test) Spoke to someone else who got hers from a Pap smear in Dec.

Going to be an interesting run this year to keep diamond. Last year I was done in May.

Just did the Vitality Age test, it told me I get 25% on HealthyFoods doing this test... did not manage to grab a screenshot before the message disappeared :/

The 25% will drop back to 15% some time during the year if you don't have your Vitality Check done timeously, eg my Check was done in February last year which means that before end Feb I need to have this year's done otherwise I will drop back to 15%.

If you want a screenshot reflecting your CURRENT 25% you can get that on the Vitality dashboard.

I recently did a wellness day at work, that Vitality thing - but since the new year has passed, I have 0 vitlaity points  is that correct? I even did the bio

It resets on the 1st of Jan, you only allowed one wellness day / health check per anum and it has to be 6 months apart from the other to count

Damn it, so I don't get any points for the one I did about 2 weeks ago. Even the biokinetisist that I had to pay for?
