Discovery Vitality made a huge profit from people not claiming rewards.. guess the new system will make this even larger

I finally got my 5th diamond this morning....but the emirates flights are gone?!??!?! wtf

Congrats. Yeah it sucks.

Was hoping for my 5th today too and never got it. Decided to choose the 2k hirschs voucher that was was always there. Today I see both it and the incredible voucher are gone. I don't want anything from the overpriced istore or even sunglasses.
 
My vitality drive has been stuck on 104/100km since last week Saturday. Anyone else having the same issues?

I got my 5th diamond on the 14 November. Claimed the Emirates flights the same day. Had to send them an email to claim the reward. To date I'm still waiting on Vitality to get back to me to confirm my booking. I send emails everyday, but get no reply.

Keep us informed, I'm curious to know how this will pan out. I see its happening on Facebook posts from. 5 diamond winners too. Wonder if the prices includes airport taxes

I have played the board so many times(been getting 3 plays per week) I only managed to get 1 diamond

They didnt plan for this eventuality as they thought their diamond shifting algorith (DSA) would prevent anyone from getting enough but it was too buggy and people actually got 5.

PS. Just kidding! :laugh:

Thanks. Yea I don't see the istore or sunglass hut vouchers worth it at all.

It's like all of a sudden they downgraded all the options now that the Vitality Open is finished. Now we're left with crappy options.

That was the sales ploy to all those that were not a Vitality member.
"Look what you can get/buy!" but in reality.....and it's all in the fine print.

They probably got a lot of non-vitality members to sign up. Now that they have, there is no need to have the "better" reward options now :/
