You get the standalone tracker which gets wired into your car or the smartphone enabled tracker which is just a tag that attaches to your windscreen and works with your phone.
So I have two cars. One of each type of tracker. Neither seems to be working for rewards.

Odd, guessing it's the little square stuck to your window? I wonder if they somehow have forgotten to register you for vitality drive?
It's odder because it was working fine throughout the Discovery Open.

Anybody do myrun on 27 Jan and have their points showing or not showing on Vitality yet?
Nothing is showing on my side, just wondering if its an isolated issue or everyone issue.

Assume you have the Vitality timing band registered and tapped out at the event?

Yeah, my result is showing on the myrun website.
And I have received points in the past. Its just this current week.
Usually I give vitality a chance to correct things, but after being burnt with shoebooster, I query everything if its not done within the correct time frame.

I prefer to not rely on vitality to capture my results. Even for registered races I will still upload manually. Perhaps do the same.

What would I upload though?

Just had a look now. Seems they have made all fields mandatory in the manual upload including a race number so doesn't seem possible to do that anymore. Use to use that form to upload my parkruns. Back then race number wasn't mandatory so I just normally left it blank.

Perhaps wait it out and if it doesn't reflect then just message Vitality and give them a screenshot. They will then allocate it and change your week goal from "Not Achieved" to "Achieved". It happened with me once where I apparently didn't reach my goal. Queried after the fact and they manually rectified it

Can you do about 70% average for an hour?

I think you're missing his original question :) He wants the 300 points for the completion of doing the myrun

@Fcon_Vpro - You'd probably get the assistance you need by phoning Discovery Vitality, or sending them a query via their website. :)

Yip I did a query from the app and got the points this evening.(not sure if it was from my query or if it was just loaded late)
I prefer asking the general group to see the size of the issue. But lately it seems like everyone suffers from different problems.

To get cashback at woolies:

At Woolworths

  • Swipe your Woolworths card at the till before the cashier rings up your purchases. This includes the Woolworths WRewards MySchool, MyVillage and MyPlanet card.
  • If you don’t have a Woolworths WRewards card, you can apply for one here.
  • If you have a MySchool card, you will need to give permission for them to share your personal information before you can activate the HealthyFood benefit.
I only have a WW credit card. Would it be enough swipe first and thenpay with that as I beleive the wrewards "card" is inbuilt if you have a WW credit card.

Can anyone confirm?
