Discovery Vitality [2019]

The 60 to 69 hr and 10k steps are limited to a combined total of 12 earnings per month, the 50 points is like 20 for the year i think. Basically anything that earns less than 200 has been restricted.
There isn't a limit for the active weekly goals. I'm already in diamond and don't need any more points.i need to achieve my weekly goal

You also struggle with road running??
I enjoyed it when I started, the i got an MTB that was a lemon and got gatvol of throwing away money and flogged at. After being out in all the pretty nature the road was a bust so I took up trail running until I got back into mtbing.

I will hit the road if I have too, to the point that when I needed new shoes I ended up at Mr price as I was totally unwilling to drop over 2k on something I don't enjoy. Trail or mtb shoes I'll drop that with a smile. Those shoes are crap, but I'm gatvol of the road long before I can feel the crapness of the shoes on a run.

Unless I hit a difficult route with lots of climbs and stuff I will be bored by 3k if I am lucky.

That is just for total points and not weekly active reward points?

Has anyone received any cashback yet? My Dashboard shows I get 0% for gym booster, although I meet all my goals. Last month cash back came in on the 26th, and in February on the 26th as well. Should I raise a query?

I didn't get my Healthyfood cashback (which is a different date to my other cashbacks for some reason). Usually comes on the 21st. I'd raise a query

Same here, no device booster, no healthy care and no healthy food

Thanks for reminder. Last one I got was 26 March. Have just logged a call.

F.me how can a company of that size have so many issues? And I know I trust them for medical aid, but at least its been around for a while. Would you really trust them with your salary paid into Discovery bank. At least discovery card is running on FNB systems. I’ve grown to know reasons from discovery responses like “Sorry, it went missing. Don’t worry it will be there next month.”

I logged a query and was advised that they've been having issues with all cashbacks from 18 April!

Yeah it's crazy how many issues they seem to have. I guess this is why they've postponed the Discovery Bank launch to the public - really hope they can sort their systems out!

I always wondered how they get to the Discovery Healthyfood date. All my cashbacks are around the 25th / 26th of the month "usually", which is nice because it is in line with payday. Even the Dischem points come in at that date, but my Healthyfood is paid in on the 8th/9th. Seems it is different for everyone.

Btw, I still didn't get any cashback or feedback on my query.

I applied for fitness booster and got a fitbit for R3000, received a cash back of R300 for healthy gear even though my cash back percent from sportsmans is 15%. I sent them a query and aparantly there is a limit of R2000 per month for my policy, anyone heard of this R2000 thing? Will i get the remaining owing to me the next month?

4000 should be the limit AFAIK. What policy are you on?

Hi

Understood what you meant

As I understand the value of your device is capped to 4000. They view the healthy gear benefit - the 10% or 15%, as healthy gear and the monthly reimbursement as the booster.

Yeh i figured, Any clue if the limit carries over and pays you off the next month? or if you spend past the healthy gear limit you wont get any cash back for that month.

2k fixed per month, no carry over, use or loose, overuse it, loose the extras.
