hi. Is anyone here successfully getting weekly points through Suunto? A colleague of mine who is very active and has a Suunto Spartan Sport watch WHR hasnt been receiving points for some time. Something about MovesCount app being discontinued? He hasnt been able to get it resolved through the usual Discovery channels...
Are you using an iPhone? Restarting the phone works for me
Sorry to clarify, not syncing to discovery. They have nil record of the last 3 workouts.
I'm still getting my points without an issue, got for a workout yesterday. They mentioned timelines and that it would still work until summer 2020. Haven't check the new app. I got a Ambit3 Peak.
Yes I had the same problem , my activities will show in the health app but won’t show in discovery app even after I manually sync the device data. But after I restart the phone it will unclear and activities picked up at discovery app and points will be allocated
Thanks. I've tried and logged in on a second phone to check it has uploaded to the internet. I'll give it till tomorrow. How long did it take to sync thereafter?

Long story short, i did my Vitality test at Dischem and my BP and Cholesterol scores were outside of the desired range, so I only scored 10,000 out of the possible 22500 points. If I re-take the tests at my own expense and then if in range they will award me the points?
Regarding the cholesterol I am thinking of doing a proper blood test at Pathcare. Will Discovery accept those results in terms of points awarded?

Edit: I contacted them via the website and they called me back to say I can re-take the tests no problem (at my own cost) and then the provider must just submit the results in the same manner as before. They will then award the points I missed out on if I improve my amount of tests passed.

Sorry, upfront? As in cashback? I'm on 15% and it was R1299 at Sportsman's Warehouse.

Does anyone know what day these vitality reward points expire? Is it Wednesday, Friday, or Sunday? I have 105 points expiring this week, would rather use them than to let them expire

Was hoping for 7500 points for the Vitality Fitness Assessment but only got 5000. Was so close to getting 7 500...my heart score on the treadmill was 50.8...needed 52. On about 36 000 points now.
