Discovery Vitality 2021

THought I was going crazy thinking I had lost the code but you can actually can view it again, it's just in an objectively weird place in the app lol:
Also holy crap they stack, you can buy one for each member and use them all at once, even on top of the other vitality discounts (75% nike e.g) About to get a new pair of running shoes for R200
Just adding to this for Google: You can't combine rewards at totalsports, you can combine Paying with miles + the fitness device/nike reward etc. But you can't combine the summer shake up reward with miles with fitness device/nike reward like you can at sportsmans warehouse. I suspect you may also not be able to combine multiple of the summer shake up vouchers on one purchase, but haven't tried.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of shoes that are available online at TotalSports are not available in store? It means the options are limited for using the 50% Vitality discount at TS.

On that note, has anyone bought shoes online, but then taken it back and asked them to work in the 50% discount as the shoes would then be available in store?

This sounds good, will depend on the included devices though. Higher end devices will apparently be excluded, wonder if the Garmin Venu 2 is regarded as a higher end device. Looking at getting one to replace my Apple Watch
This does sound good... meet 3 weekly goals and the device is "free". This is better than the old model which required you to pay upfront then get cash back

Sportsmans not better with stock?

They are, but Total Sports has a 20% discount on some running shoes promo so that on top of 50% Vitality would do nicely. Not 100% sure if you can use both discounts at the same time though.
Total sports allows you to use one voucher only (you cannot stack them), them you can use the vitality active rewards on the remaining balance (this is the 20% discount on purchases up to R2000 every month) and then you can use miles to pay the balance (and depending on the day of the month and status you can get a further 40% off). For the voucher to work at TS the total purchase value must be more than the voucher (so if the voucher is R250 the purchase must be more than R250).

Sportmans Warehouse allows you to stack the vouchers and the purchase may be less that the voucher value, although you loose the difference.

Based om my experience, SW is more expensive than TS but the SW stores are generally a lot cleaner and organised and items are logically packed. TS is almost as if they just open the boxes that are delivered and they put the sh@t in any space they can find, often on the floor. Hate TS for this reason and never shop there.

Have you guys received your miles for HealthyFood and HealthyCare yet? I haven't got anything for my November spend yet and tomorrow is D-Day.

And their website is down so can’t check if they put up an announcement about a problem.

Shucks, and it’s been such a well-oiled machine, getting miles and then blowing them on the 15th.

Nope, got miles this morning for apparently changing my debit orders (I didn't) ...they give you miles to the value of your debit order which is nice.

Every month or just the first month?

Not too sure, says debit order switching incentive so I assume its once off when you switch. Its 1 to 1, so if the debit order is R1000 they give you 1000 miles (R100).

I updated the bank app yesterday, something about making it easy to switch the debit orders so I assume its about that.

So if I had a bond of R5000 and did a switch so that it would pull the funds from my Discovery Bank account, they would give me R5000 worth of miles?

I’m sure they’ll extend D-day if they’re late with the allocation. But I’ve received mine very late on the 14th before.
