Disney Plus Issues and Solutions

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I haven't seen it. For the Android app, you can supposedly change the location of downloaded content to SD card. But in my app (which is the latest), that setting is not visible at all. I can only change quality and whether to allow downloads without WiFi.

Nothing at all about storage location.

Anyone know if this is just slow coming to the SA version?
 
It’s buffering a lot to. Plays for about a minute. Buffers for 2.
 
jip. Getting a bit gatvol with the persistent niggles and buffering
Resorting to disconnect/connect the MiBox everytime before watching
 
Yea just wondered if they have any limitation, like Netflix and their 4 streams being within a single house.

But seems to work :)
Technically yes but just like Netflix there is no actual way for them to enforce it.
 
Does anyone know how to load the SA Disney+ app on the Firestick/Firecube, as the default app store only has the US version that does not work in SA and I really don't want to pay extra for a VPN.

I just subscribed but can not watch, any help will be appreciated.
 
how does one set the default sound channel?
 
Not sure if this was covered, but any idea why "user data" takes up so much space on the Android app even though there are no downloads?

If the app is downloading content to play while streaming, I assume that would go to cache - not main storage. But cache is low and internal storage used is high - even though I am not downloading anything.

The app seems to be a storage hog...and when you clear all that user data, you need to log in again, but it simply builds up again in a matter of minutes.

Any solutions?
 
Any new movies or series just don't play, if it's HDR or 4k it just won't play sigh, hangs on all devices.
