DIY: Setting up Explora 2A + Explora 2A

I have an Explora 2 as a primary decoder, so I want to connect xtraview with another Explora 2.
The band tuner for the primary decoder are:
Freq 1: 1210
Freq 2: 1420
Freq 3: 1680
Ind 1: 0
Ind 2: 1
Ind 3: 2

you need a smart lnb, no heartbeat cable, and the second decoder needs to change freq.
