DO BroadBand - Confused?

Hello all

Am I right in saying telkom doesnt offer a 512 package anywhere?
The difference between DO level 1 and DO level 2 is merely another 1GB to your
cap - at an extra R85-00 for the extra GIG?

So what is the best option then?
Why is there no 512kbps option?

yip,

do broadband 1 is a 384 kbs line with 1 gb
do broadband 2 is a 384 kbs line with 2 gb
do broadband 3 is a up to 4mbs line with 3 gb

it seems the cheapest decent ADSL broadband option is to have the telkom line (abour R100 per mnth) and the do broadband 1 option which costs R259

for a total cost of R359 pm u get adsl 384 and 1gb to use up

ps...can one use 2 ISP's e.g. if TElkoms 1gb is finished, can u use an e..g Axxess 2 GB account (only R120 for their shaped account )?

((( Lets hold thumbs that one day soon, the minimum speed is bumped up from 384 to 512 or maybe even to 1mps

how does one operate with 2 ISP's concurrently?

Use the e.g. Telkom ISP's 1GB finish and then switch to Axxess?

How does one set this up?
 
What you want is to setup 2 accounts in XP. One for Telkom and one for Axxess. When yuo are capped on the one you log in as the other.

ps...i am not sure if i even created an account for my current isp, Axxess.

Which setting area in XP does one use to create the isp accounts?

I using a ADSL modem / router combo, Netgear 834N.

I hope its not a difficult process.
