yup it was the white car that knocked into me, I passed him just as we crossed the traffic lights and he was starting to pick up speed. If you believe that his response to me after he knocked me was "I didn't see you, you cut in without indicating" then where was he looking for that time I was infront of him?

I would prefer not to show the damage at this point- perhaps a few months down the line once I know the buyer has fixed the car and I've driven it. I'll let people here speculate some more.

I showed the footage to three lawyers and they all said the same thing you did, but as you know only experts post on MyBB.

I have been driving for 20 years, and for those 20 years I have only been driving fast cars. I've never made an accident and I doubt I ever will since I am done driving cars- I'm in the process of selling them all.

This is your thread that you started. A lot of your statements were proved wrong by your own video.
Your other videos (since removed) would land you in jail for reckless driving. It's hard for us to believe you when a lot of what you have said was shown to be incorrect.

I said you had possibly committed fraud, and I then retracted that statement and apologised when you supplied more information.

And yes, your video is still there. Not going to watch it again with a stop watch. You were in front of a guy, slowed down gently and then slammed on brakes. You got hit from behind. Without a rear facing camera everything else you said happened is only backed up by your word. Your initial comments about 16 seconds were wrong. The title of thus thread has no proof, you yourself even said he could have been on the phone, not that you saw him on the phone.

My argument is you claim to be completely innocent and it was the other drivers complete fault whole your video shows otherwise.
