commercial law qualifications, does that make you a lawyer? I don't believe you in the same way I don't believe what you had to say about your BMWs.

One does not have to be a lawyer to understand very basic commercial law.... you seem to be under the misguided notion that being able to call oneself a lawyer means you are the only one to actually know about the law.

So let me get this right.

He is currently spending X amount on legal fees. To claim an amount probably close to R 20k. So with every lawyer appointment, letter and court appearance his R 20k becomes smaller and smaller? What is the going rate for lawyers lately? around R 800 an hour?

Sense... it makes none :D

The lawyer I spoke to, specialises in motor vehicle accidents, I even consulted two other lawyers.

The panel beaters would not even come out to my car if they were not confident I would be able to claim the money to pay for the repairs as well.

And my fees are capped, but I see Pitbull missed that point.
