I drink 3 to 4 litres of tap water everyday. That is just the plain water I drink. Been doing this for at least the last 5 years. I'm generally well health wise with just the odd seasonal flu some years. Otherwise no ill health associated with the water

i just do weekly refills at the local spring water shop. I grew up drinking tap water but for some reason the chemical taste these days makes me avoid it. Not sure if this is just in my head but the treated water from shops just taste much cleaner
