Vox 400gb, i hardly ever run out, run downloads from 12 to 6am
Rest is used for streaming etc.

For me its easy on ADSL. I just schedule my downloads between midnight and 6 am. Most ISP's offer free data for this time.

When my time arrives to finally get fibre, I will go uncapped since its a no brainer to chose between capped and uncapped on fibre.
