Do you prefer banking using an app or online?

What an odd question. Surely it's "app or browser"... all work online.

For personal banking I use the app on both Windows phone and Windows PC.

For business banking I use only the browser on the PC.

Did not know this - thanks. I use it at least once a month to activate the ebucks...

I prefer online when I need to download a proof of payment.

It's a shlep, but I make the payments on the app. Then login on website to download pop.

I also do transfers between accounts that I hope qualify as transactions

Online. The bank app that I'm using sucks. It's okay for the basics and repeat transactions e.g. electricity.
