Which do you prefer using - Internet banking or a mobile banking app?

Don't trust Mobile Banking at all. so I use Internet banking which I also don't trust, but only trust a tiny bit more than the former

When practical I prefer to use internet banking, with the exception of buying airtime, since there are more options available when using the app.

I used to prefer IB, but with the fingerprint login of the Standard Bank app, it's become more convenient for me.

What about USSD? Personal use cases: ran out of data so all I have to do is dial *130*2345# and recharge. Or when I need to do a transfer, if I do it using USSD from, for example, my money market account, the money is available immediately, day or night. Its not the case when I use the app or IB. I'm almost thinking the USSD way uses the same API as the ATM system - a transfer at an ATM is also available immediately; the menu options are similar too.

Again, my personal use cases.

I would never go into the FNB app if it didn't have ebucks earn implications, website is more than enough for my needs.

I don't even have the Capitec app on my phone because then I'd be unable to use my dongle.

So you voted app, app is preferred, being that it is at 60%?

Exactly. FNB use the app for two factor authentication anyway so it often works out that if you're online banking, you're still using the app.

Internet banking using a PC/Laptop.
This offers a lot of flexibility and usability.
