Internet Banking for Full service banking and App for quick transactions and balance checking, I rely and enjoy both on FNB
 
For Personal App is OK, for our business account app does not have all the features needed

Fair enough. Never had that happen to me though but I see where you are coming from. Only inconvenience when it comes to the Capitec banking app is everytime you reset the phone or get a new phone for that matter you have to go into the branch to reset your profile before you can activate the app on the new phone. It is inconvenient, but I also understand why and approve of this extra security measure.
 
Internet Banking functionality via computer beats up all mobile apps I tried...
 
I do not like the small screen and keyboard, so I use Internet banking.

I Don't care how fantastic the app is.
 
I enjoy using a mobile app for simple things such as buying airtime or electricity. Anything like big bank transfers or changing of account details I prefer logging in on internet banking - feels more secure and I have a greater expanse of menus laid out on the screen.

Also I'm a student so I'd rather risk all of my R20 In the bank being stolen and be procrastinating studying than finding a bank and standing in a queue
 
Prefer internet banking for my personal as well as business accounts.
 
Always use Internet Banking. Never felt like trying the mobile app.
