Do you prefer using Internet banking or a mobile banking app?

PC browser internet banking for business on FNB. Windows desktop and phone app for personal banking on Investec.

Internet banking. Most of the time I need to do "banking" I tend to be sitting in front of my PC anyway.

The odd times when I have to do "banking" outside of the PC space is typically when I have to pay someone. Then to actually enter banking details for somebody using a mobile phone keyboard is just painful.

Internet for multiple transactions or in-depth inquiries, and mobile banking for quick single transactions or transfers between accounts.
Payments are generally made on internet banking as it is easier to set up new beneficiaries via internet.

Don't trust Mobile Banking at all. so I use Internet banking which I also don't trust, but only trust a tiny bit more than the former

FNB app has come a long way and I've been using it 99% of the time. Plus with the fingerprint login making things easier and their features have improved vastly.

Internet banking. Its accessible at any time. Mobile banking tends to be done quiet often and that is frustrating. I have to change banks because of that"technical issues"

i prefer internet banking especially capitec as the got a dongle that gives 6 random numbers with every transaction
