I'm with FNB and the app is just much easier than using a PC. When I use the PC I need to provide authorisation using my phone anyway, so I often just use the app.
 
I prefer Internet Banking over using an app, unfortunately the banks are not investing as heavily in Internet Banking - it's all about the apps now which is quite unfortunate. Hope some of them take not of the results of this poll.
 
App. If you are with Capitec, I actually dont see a reason why you would still use internet banking. I cant remember the last time I logged in using internet banking actually.

Depends on what I'm doing and where I am.
Different tools for different purposes, one size doesn't fit all.

Cause I have a dongle, that doesn't need to rely on some phone that might get a cracked/dead screen at any time or battery that might go weird (like mine is currently doing).
 
That is the way to go no standing in lines. Do it at your own time whenever wherever.
 
App, just more convenient and less hassle to use. (Also, one of my bank accounts only has an app, no IB system in place),
