Used to use lastpass, but I switched to bitwarden family.
Not a single regret.

The chrome extension stopped working due to a small change in a Chrome update and the 1Password guys decided not to update their software.

To be accurate they decided that an old version from many years ago is officially no longer supported. It is always annoying when a piece of software is no longer compatible with the latest operating system, browser or whatever, but it is also a fact of life that companies usually do not provide updates forever.

And yet they were still happily selling lifetime licenses 4 years ago

Which version are you using?
Ancient...1Password 4

When re-installing recently on a brand new PC, they did their best to upsell me to the latest online only version etc.

Stuck to my guns and they sent me the link for that version.

It works and does what I need it to do...so I'm happy.

That's pretty cool. I'm assuming it still does autofill?

KeePass since 2004 - long before 1Password, Bitwarden, Chrome, LastPass, etc even existed.

Other. Photographic memory. I just remeber them all.

There this guy at work. He can't remeber his own number. I asked him to read it out loud to me. About a month later I recited it back to him. Now everytime I see him I start saying his cell number and he starts cursing me. Quite funny.

I use the Chrome one for all websites, not sure if that counts. Never had one for other stuff. I just remember, or email myself a clue to the pattern.

1Password. Required for work, so it makes sense to use a personal account with it as well. Integrates amazingly well with iPhone, and handles 2FA codes in lieu of Google Authenticator.

Do you use a password manager? If so is it baked into your OS, like Apple's Keychain, or a third party app such as LastPass?
I write all my passwords down with a koki pen on the wall without any reference to what its for .it gets exciting somedays
