Yes, but disappointed, FNB have been chipping away at the value of ebucks aggressively the last couple years. The introduction of the annual cap last year and then they did not increase it by inflation this year is frustrating, surely there is a better way - It feels bad man.

Yes but the FNB app is atrocious to say the least. Will probably move to Discovery bank.

Every time I try and work it to actually get some eBucks they change the rules and the next month I get nothing.
Some of the requirements are so dumb (Like having to click on one of their marketing pages) it becomes a bit of a job to maintain your level every month.
I was slowly building it up and then last month I got nothing. Not even sure why.
I'm close to just moving over to Discovery.
I've got both and the FNB app is much better imo. In fact, I don't get the hate for it, it's very easy to navigate compared to the Discovery app.
Came in to ask if @backstreetboy complained yet. 7 minutes late. Meh.

I login to Discovery bank I see my bank balance. With FNB I first get a scam FUD popup I have to close and then Just for you! offers. Vastly different experience.

If you ever do go back there is a calculator in the app that shows you what you need/can do for the coming month including your actual progress.

Yes I use that... but it feels like a flipping chore.
EDIT: looks like they have removed that now. Its just PDF's

Found it now, they have moved it.
They need to hire a UX designer because its getting worse and worse to use the app
I don't mind that and occasionally look down the list. If not, it closes quickly with a click.
Discovery on the other hand, half the time you open the app you have to wait because they are doing 'real time updates'.
Odd thing to change your bank for, but each to their own I suppose.
It's all the useless bloat they keep adding to the system that makes things that you actually need harder to find.

Yeah, they added ebucks points to "encourage" people to explore the app. Its not great to navigate, but I am not sure how it could be better with so many products on offer.

Allow the home screen customization to save for one. I've spent 5 minutes setting it up only to find that if I close and reopen the app it resets. Useless.
With Discovery bank when I hide an account it works and does what I want it to do.
