Imagine the time and money that RICA has cost and will cost ...the mind boggles and it is BS any way because you can buy a RICA ed sim any way or pay some one R50 to RICA for you . a real wast of time and money +

I wish you could Rica once and be done with it, then any subsequent sim cards you need you get a retina scan or something

If you're wanting a contract you'll need three months bank statements and a pay slip too.
