I don't agree if their intentions were really noble they would have though further than oh we have a problem lets force someone else to fix it. There are so many alternatives that I can only think that this is intentional.

It is the doctor him/herself who will decide where to work, not the state. Finish en klaar.

There is a reason doctors don't want to setup private practice in specific areas. They're not financially viable, they're not safe etc etc etc...

I think the other side of the railway was opened up when then group areas act was abolished back in the day. This new law does seem to have some elements of deciding where people are 'allowed' to live though

I just wonder why he does not go to Dr Mabuza Mtweti instead. Must the a trust issue. He can also follow the MP idiot's advise to use cannabis and alternative medicine or maybe he is to high on cannabis already.

Serepta isnt dangereous it is just the tik kop that steal but the people here moer the tik kop when they steal and the doctor in seperta didnt get ropped ones so it is save here

Didn't the struggle encompass rejecting state interference in private affairs? Under no circumstances can this be constitutional - Government can't pass the buck for neglecting health care in an area by forcing doctors to open private practises in those areas (through denying them permits in all surrounding areas).

Slippery slope - why should a certificate of need for a doctor be any different to a certificate of need for, say, a plumber or a commedian?
