Tell you what, I'm going to be shaking a fair number of doctor's hands before I go for the first prostrate check-up
 
They'll make sure their hands are warm... they wouldn't want you to clench, now would they?
 
Male or female doc? A female could be forgiven, she has no idea of what it would feel like. If the doc is a bloke, he has a wicked sense of humor. :D

Had a lump on the left nad and doc had to feel around in my soft and squishies to check it out. Don't know how he managed a diagnosis because as soon as he applied fingers to the sack, his hands were so cold I found myself with an extra pair of tonsils.

I've had a doctor stick his finger up my ass just before he commanded me into the operation room. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Fortunately he had latex gloves on.

What was pleasant though, was the 4 nurses that had to insert suppositories over the next week after the operation.

Unfortunately again I were in too much pain to extract the due enjoyment.
