Does Mweb Throttle IPTV ?

@simons sorry for the disrespect, I was highly annoyed as your support staff could not solve my issue and I had to use my mobile data and Vox fat pipe to watch iptv

This Video shows a connection with a default gateway that you named RocketNet?

Both of your connections show as “connected” you don’t show that you actually on RocketNet?

Please prove to me through this video how we are throttling you?

You think I got time to **** around and play games, I don't waste my time on ****, that's why I left you guys for this ****

What is the IPTV service you are using?

You still can’t answer any questions and hide behind a keyboard?

PM me your number so we can have a chat, or come to my office!

Stop defaming a great company with amazing service and staff!

I told you the iptv service not my problem you can't read.

You think I got time to go rename my isp name on my router to rocketnet just for the fun, wow you deserve 5 stars.

I left you guys and i got a better service on my iptv from another isp, you think I'm gona come back to rocketnet, maybe go find out why others also leaving because of iptv. Here's someone that's also leaving you guys coz of iptv he's name is Yousuf Sujee. You can find him on your database.

Your defamatory remarks are noted!

You still have not provided any detail?

I have asked you on multiple occasions to PM me your information?

I guess your not interested or probably are a competitor of ours defaming our business.

You have not provided any IPTV information to me? What is the URL?

I don’t think you understand how IPTV works exactly. There is no url that you use but rather a m3u link or xstream code which is used in a iptv application.

How will you prove that the protocol is not throttled ?

We provided evidence from our side how we are being affected but the ISPs does not provide us with solutions. Which is why moving is the only option for us end users.

IPTV will be the future which the public will start to consume entertainment. So it’s either you cater for the end user or get left behind my ISPs who do cater

Bud rather leave him alone he don't even know how a fat pipe works and he thinks I'm a competitor, this ceo just keeps getting better and better as the response comes.

Oh and I gave their support all details they wanted, I even did tracerts to the Cloudflare.

Your defamatory comments are again noted, which I suggest you remove!

Why don’t you send me your details so we can sort this out?
But im telling you I moved isp so why have a heart attack, I'm just stating what evidence I found when I was with rocketnet and giving feedback to the forums, if you can't take the heat then clearly you don't deserve to be on a forum

Very clever Mr CEO.
Anything negative re RocketNet will be dealt as a seperate issue. That's why the private capacity.
Can the moderators move this to also show under RocketNet.

Agreed, if were talking about internet issues and that's your business it should always be in your professional capacity.

If anyone here would like to test out IPTV over our network please PM me.

We will also happily take anyone on a virtual tour of our network, where we will show all our traffic stats, etc!

If that interests anyone please PM me your details!

I will give it a go but if this how you deal with issues - by going on the attack - no thank you.
Can you solve this in a professional way?
