Does neotel still suck

Neotel is mostly okay, depending on your expectations. I was on Prime and it was a bit slow but stable service. And 999 for uncapped is something no DSL IP has on offer yet.

So, if it's all so great, why am I talking in past term then?

I'm a gamer and while I don't mind waiting a few seconds longer for a internet site to load ... those latencies are killing all the fun when gaming. So I got rid of Neotel. For that reason, and that reason alone.
 
Neotel is a waste of time,
Callcentre support make promises to callback BUT will Never call you back.
All they can do is log a call and give you a ticket Number

Once you sign that 2 year contract, you might as well bend over cause Neotel will
F*&K you in the A$$

Don't go anywhere near them !!!!!!!!!!!
 
I finally have coverage!
I wanted this for so long and even filled in my forms to the reps that promote neotel outside the shopping centers.
I just do not want to take the plunge.
I know im paying through my teeth with the 3g bundles but feel like just holding out a little longer before getting "locked in".
 
Thats the problem with Neotel, user experience is all dependant on location and wireless... some areas will suck and other areas wont, all depends on the current load status of the tower.
