Does Telkom's LTE-A really exists?

Telkom claims that there are 5 + 22 (thus 27) neighborhoods with LTE-A but nobody has yet posted a speed test result or anything that confirms this.

My equipment was ready for the March 2015 deadline but my speed test results did not improve yet even though Telkom claims Highveld has now LTE-A.

Is this LTE-A real or a clever hoax?

Before the so called LTE-A we got 90Mbps speed tests on normal LTE. I personally got 72Mbps but nobody has yet seen anything to suggest that LTE-A is actually available.

The only possible proof is one MyBB article that was done when Telkom launched it. But that was when the place was swarming with Telkom techies and reps so I don't think that counts.

What's the use of spending so much money on getting LTE-A when you can't show anything for it? That goes for me and Telkom (if they really did spend money on it)
