Ordered a new contract yesterday, no reply yet....and now answer on their 0861 line....what is up with these people?
Maybe its a sign to go elsewhere....

I ordered last week on the 23th of September.. I still have not received any phone call from them whatsoever.. I have been put on hold for nearly 1 hour and nobody bothers to answer there phone call..
My answer to the OP: also asked this question.
Have NEVER been able to get through on the phone.
Have sent two requests via their website for them to contact me - over TWO WEEKS AGO!!! - and still heard nothing.
I think they are there to frustrate people into going to Vodashop where you ARE charged the connection and SIM fees..!
@ Jannie. The next shipment of Blackberry 8520 is scheduled to arrive @ Vodacom warehouse on the 6th of this month. It takes normally 1 - 2 days for Vodacom to book the stock in and dispatch to the stores.
Alright, thanks to VD....some1 called me to confirm my application and said it was approved. The phone will be in stock on the 6th Oct and I will be called again on Tuesday to arange delivery.
