Press 0, and hey, what do you know, SUPPORT!!!!

Please WA. Your IVR is broken, you have ENOURMOUS timing issues on your * machine, and the sound sounds like absolute CRAP...

How do I speak to anyone EXCEPT Billing or Support at WA?

they dont have enough staff... their words "we can not keep all our customers informed" on a request for them to update something on our product specs.

Needless to say I moved all my products and all my domains away from Webafrica that same day.
