While I didn't deliberately buy a phone without a headphone jack I really haven't run into any downside. It came with an adapter that clips on to my existing headphones.

Yes, use it near daily. Wouldn't buy a phone without it, don't want to charge more devices (though Bluetooth is convenient, I still want that fallback option).

No. Actually prefer the lighting connector now...same port as charging & doesn't scratch like the jacks are prone to do when you shift around.
