Doesn't iBurst want business?

I've sent a few emails to them in the past 2 weeks for them to contact me to purchase a uncapped adsl package. But not a single return. Is it then wise to still go with them for uncapped? I just thought their incapped adsl suites me best. But if their service is this bad, then I dont think we will go along nicely.

better off asking in the iburst section, they do have a mybb rep, that should be able to assist you

Ag sorry, I'm not on the forum as much as i used to, I didn't see the iburst section. But after just a quick read of the iburst section, I dont think I'll join them.
