Dog's barking causes a problem for neighbor ..

My german shepherds bark excessively only at the neighbours who's garden boy threatened my dogs with garden tools so they complain everytime lol even though it is their fault. Apparently my neighbours sprayed my dogs which made it even worse and they were resorting to using fireworks which made me very angry.

The only time they use to bark is when a car goes past or someone walks past or at another dog in the area.

What is funny is that they claimed they have no garden boy and that their dogs never bark, but they do a lot lol when they are at work or early morning which sometimes starts our dogs off.

They only started barking strangely a month or two ago and we have had the dogs for years and different neighbours over the years without problems till this year thats why I came to the conclusion that they must have did something.

Hmmmm ... vibrating collars activated by incessant talking (oops meant to say barking) ... so this is a strap on device that starts vibrating when it detects sound ... I think I can sell this to a number of girls!!!! I'm off to the patent office - c ya l8r!!

PS: What kind of batteries does the collars take and how long does it last?

The neighbor hasn't yet given requested feedback re noise levels but apparently the collars seem to work against incessant yapping.
Collars come with 2-way switches for either sound or vibration, vibration seem to give better results thus far.
Dog decide it's barking time, collar picks up noise and vibrates, dogs goes WTF & reconsiders. Peace.

Thanks for the feedback ... please could you let me know where you got them (vet / pet shop / other) and the brand name.
