Hey guys.
Rather than create a new thread, I'll just bump up this one. I need the help of you very smart IT people, so I apologize for asking stupid questions in advance (I promise, I'm smarter in other disciplines).
Anyway, to sum it up - I am looking for website hosting and emails for a company.
The website - very simple (just for information purposes only - we are a mechanical engineering company, so it's basically to tell people about us), will probably only be updated once a year.
Emails - just need like 10 emails addresses with our own domain name. But here is the part that is confusing me. I've heard imap is better than pop3 because emails can be viewed from multiple devices (something that would benefit me). So, I have started to look for hosting clients that offer a large mailbox. But, for example afrihost says their disk quota is 3GB. I prefer the gmail that I have now with 25GB - we get a lot of emails with drawing attachments which are probably 10MB each. How do people in the similar boat as me get emails with a large mailbox (per email address)?
Thanks for any feedback.
So here's what I suggest since this is for a business and you don't want a situation where your email goes down.
Register your domain then instead of using normal hosting for your email.
Set it up with O365 or Gsuite.
More costly but more reliability.

Thanks for you suggestion. I decided to go with G-Suite. But, I tried setting it up with a South African domain, and no luck. Is there anyway I can sign up for G-Suite and create a .co.za domain?
