Dominator Garage Motor Help

Can anybody help with some instructions for 1. setting the limits,
and for 2. adding a new remote to this Dominator garage door opener?
I have searched google, but the there are many "maybe" options.

How do u program a new remote into a dominator garage door. There is no model number on the motor, and I kind of cleared all remotes. Please assist. Below is the pic of the motor
