Don’t click too quickly

Yeah, lets force everyone to read a 20 page drop-dead boring lawyer document on every page they open. Atleast that way our bandwidth should be sufficient for another few years.
 
yeah sure you as consumer watch out! but hey the seller he/him/it (telkom) doesn't have to worry it's your fault if you didn't read that long piece of garble.
 
..and they STILL need to prove that the "Terms and Conditions" did not change AFTER you went through it. It's not written on a paper where you signed on every page thing, they don't store the Terms and can therefore change and ammend it at any time....

you have a point there, guess it comes down who has the best lawyer
 
I think I am going to include in my TOS, a phrase, thats reads "If you are a lawyer with the surname, "Buys" and you agree to continue into this site, you hereby sign over all your human rights, your money, and everything else you own to the owner of the site"

Since its legally binding I just need to figure out a way to get Buys onto the site :>

Which brings me to the point of my argument. A) When I buy a car, the maker of that car do not ask me to sign any EULA`s or anything to make them not responsible for the quality of their product.

B)Almost no one reads the EULA.

What about (for non retail and personal sites...) proving that it was actually you who agreed? And as mentioned above how about proving that they actually showed the agreement?
