..and they STILL need to prove that the "Terms and Conditions" did not change AFTER you went through it. It's not written on a paper where you signed on every page thing, they don't store the Terms and can therefore change and ammend it at any time....
I think I am going to include in my TOS, a phrase, thats reads "If you are a lawyer with the surname, "Buys" and you agree to continue into this site, you hereby sign over all your human rights, your money, and everything else you own to the owner of the site"
Since its legally binding I just need to figure out a way to get Buys onto the site :>
