Don't Israel's nuclear weapons count?

BS, Iran never threatened anyone. They havent killed inoccent people and almost destroyed Palestine. Israel should not be trusted with Nuclear weapons!!!

Are you totally insane? Are you seriously comparing Israel to the surrounding Arab countries? You have lost it.

Did I? but since you brought it up even turkey is better.

A real country with rights and protection for all regardless of religion needs to be put in place not a pseudo democracy human rights violator state that Israel is, after that other countries there will follow, Israel in it's current state is a roadblock.

I wouldn't. How many of the neighbouring countries have launched air attacks on Israel? For an example an attack one of their nuclear facilities. How many use helicopter gunships to carry out surgical assassinations of members of the Israeli leadership?

Everyone in that region is off their heads, the Israelis no less so than their neighbours. They're a criminal state. If there is a moral high ground the Israelis are nowhere near it, and nor is anyone else I can think of around there.

Is this Iran? “A real country with rights and protection for all regardless of religion”. Bwahahahaha!

Get a grip! Even if Israel was as amoral as you make-out, do you think it’s good strategy to engage in aggressive acts when they are surrounded by enemies? This is a strong case for defensive actions only, IMO. You don’t seek trouble, but you ensure that troublemakers experience a world of grief. A good personal philosophy as well.

Well I think the whole world should get rid of nukes but Israel has threatened no one will total annihilation, unlike Iran.
I would prefer for her to have them as it is clear Iran is fast on the way to getting them and Israel needs a deterrent.

When did Iran threaten anyone with total annihilation?

Iran is currently a non-nuclear state unlike the United States and Israel.

Iran has been subjected to IAEA nuclear inspections, but there has never been a single attempt to inspect nuclear arsenals owned by the United States and or Israel by the same international atomic agency.

The United States, not Iran, is the only country to have used nuclear weapons against civilians

Iran has threatened no one with nuclear annihilation, the Bush administration, however had contingency plans for the use of nukes against its ‘axis of evil’, which of course include Iran.

Toxic you ever been to Israel? You do know you have freedom there, freedom of speech etc.
I have never felt more safe before than when I was there, on numerous occasions I might add.

Go dressed as an Arab next time and see how safe you feel. Demand freedom for Palestine from it's Israeli oppressors loudly in the street and see how far your freedom of speech goes.

Yeah helping it's only open democracy. Comparing Israel to N.Korea is laughable :D

I have no problem with Iran having nukes if they're an open, moderate democracy like for example Israel.

Israel moderate.. LOL

no problem - I will gladly take you up on this - I will dress up as an arab and go to Rabin square in Israel holding up signs saying free palestine and what not and at the same time you dress up as a jew and do the same in ramallah in the West bank saying down with suicide bombings and arab terror - now lets take bets on which one of us gets out alive and which one not.

And neither is North Korea. They withdrew from it in 2003. So why is the west still going for North Korea, but not Israel? Double standards. They are hypocrites.

In any case, nuclear weapons are nuclear weapons? Whether a country's president has signed a document or not, it doesn't change anything. The west obviously have other agendas in the Middle East.

They've already caused havoc in almost every part of the Middle East. Except for Iran. They're afraid. What cowards.

It's quite simple. Israel already has nukes.. has had them for a long time.
Iran might be at the very early stages.
NK is also at the early stages, they can't launch them, and the nukes they tested recently were around the same quality as those used more than half a century ago.

It's a bit late to threaten Israel and halt that technology, isn't it?

I'd rather attend the Oktoberfest in the west bank personally...
TAYBEH, West Bank, Oct. 4 -- There's more than a bit of Sam Adams in David Khoury, the mayor of this tiny Christian village in the occupied West Bank. Along with being a politician and patriot, he is a brewer, and he sees the craft as a symbol of the Palestinian state he hopes will emerge here one day.

I was in Israel, you had your blinkers on because it's not that free.

I was pulled over by the secret police for walking with a black t-shirt over my head, they thought I was an arab for doing this and would have taken me for interrogation if I had not had my passport on me(seriously), also Israel has no constitution, the US should be ashamed for going against the founding fathers principles, Israel just makes and breaks laws, it has no moral compass that a modern democracy should have like a constitution.(even SA has one FFS)

You speak of freedom of speech? lol look at Goldstone he is being shut out for speaking freely and not welcome in Israel.

Palestinians in Israel are second class citizens I witnessed this myself by going to soek markets, they are poor and can't live in most parts of the city for being non Jewish, and I witnessed all this before I was even aware of the political situation.

Bwahaha marine1 gets exposed...again

The main difference is in how the West perceives the weapons to be in safe hands. Israel claims to be a democracy, but Iran and Korea are not.

Like SA, they have the technical knowledge and materials. How can they prevent anyone assembling a new device at any time?

This is Aqua_lung we are talking about... Bull$h1t is to be expected.

And secret police?? Sure :D

You don't have to believe me but I'll go into detail...

I was coming back from the catholic church and was feeling emo/sad, it was hot that day and put my t-shirt over my head(leaving me topless), now I was heading back to the slums were I was staying and this required me to walk through a quiet/paranoid residential area(if this was the city then I would probably have not been accosted) I came to a stop street and then waited to cross when I got to the other side I was pulled over by a group posing as friends but the one officer showed me his badge, they forced me into a corner round a building and started searching me, took of my shoes, I gave my passport but they kept asking/demanding me questions(can't remember what exactly)

After they were satisfied they said I should relax(I was understandably shaking) and that they got a tip off of an Arab walking around. I look latin so when I'm tanned I probably look like an Arab.

Actually they stopped you because you where catholic and sad, not arab looking. These guys are better at spotting a sad catholic dude than the RUC.
