I hope the states work out for Brian it seems his retailing future in SA is over. I think if Brian was more honest there would not have been this fall out and the customers complaining would not have made this a public issue.

naah i think he maybe in the states on a working holiday or something...doubt all the nonsense of setting up a business is true though. It is not easy/cheap to get visa's etc to set up operations in the states

I reckon what was done here on MyADSL is the way to handle it. If you get done in by some online company - post your experience here and put as many people as possible off doing business with that company.

Brian is upset that he has lost revenue because of the posts made here on MyADSL. I guess he should have thought about that before he started lying to his customers and delivering the poor service that he has.

Freedom of speech is a reality - get used to it! If you are going to do people in and steal their money, get ready to face what's coming to you...

A mistake is when you mess something up, you apologise to the customer and sort it out ASAP, what person did was not a mistake, he CHOSE to blow off and threaten his customers! And in doing that I dont think he deserves any chances!

Just so you know, I've tasked a guy I (literally) trust with my life in the States to hunt this thing down there, where there's a FAR better chance of it being readily available than here. Once we jump that hurdle, I've Got A Plan(tm) for the (possible) next step, but let's take this one step at a time, shall we?
