Indeed. Let Person reply. We do need to be fair to him in this matter. This is why I've spoken to an Alienware rep and told them that I'll contact them tomorrow with more information if neccesary.

And where are the cows who defended Person a month or two ago with the said 6600GT which arrived a long time after it was due?

Really sorry to here what is happening to you, just be creful next time taking advice from people who have nothing to lose. You have no money, no card/Case and a slim chance of getting any of those back. And since he's in the US, there's not really much you can do to him.
Won't be worth suing someone over a 6600GT or Computer Case. :/
Really though, when I joined this forum I could tell within a matter of minutes this guy was pulling the wool over you'lls eyes.
Yet some lapped it up and smiled. Some came to his defence even though they also didn't feel too good about his statements and the like.
Fact is he managed to punk most of the forum, and for that I can't blame him as people are too easily willing to part with their monies.
The fact that anyone believed his Alienware/OCZ stories is a prime example how people love the smell of BULL**** and go out of their way to invest in it.
This is not directed at those who got screwed by Brian, but the ones who came and defended him.
Sigh... :/

My problem with NGR Computers has been sorted, thanks to Daniel from NGR Computers! Received an apology from them and I accept. I will look forward at doing business with them again and then receive the service they like to brag about .

Just a friendly warning from me as well. I've only bought from them once. Maybe there was something wrong, but the least they could do was reply to my emails...

Until I got ripped off and came here. I think lots of people didn't know any better so it's good that this is happening now. It's not suing though but claiming money back and it can tarnish his company name and give him a bad name with the banks so it's all worth it.

Well i suppose you right. At this point anything to make his life that little bit uncomfortable is well worth it. But seeing as he has this filthy rich father, not sure how much he'll feel it if his credit record is detroyed :/

Not really my place to get involved - but this type of practice makes people weary of other online stores. What makes us even more angry is that he badmouths others and recommends that they rather buy from him. Not good Brian....

Why is it always the **** heads with rich fathers!
The last company that I was in that went down was the same. It's always a spoilt brat thinking he knows what to do, and because he's never worked under a boss before for an honest pennie they think they can do whatever they want.
That's what I hear. I always thought it was strange that he could run a business at that age because you need quite a bit of start up capital. I know a few people that have made it young but then they did it themselves and had brains

Been reading this and its all pretty sad stuff - in a service related industry, such as PC Hardware the real only differentiating factor between suppliers etc is their service (and maybe a few Rands on certain items). I guess the market will dictate what happens to guys who make promises and don’t provide – an image is easily tarnished
I’d just like to know about – weren’t there dotcomputers resellers on the forums here? I remember seeing guys with dotcomputers tags running around? Where are they now? Can’t they maybe help out?
(Just trying to find some resolution to this issue)

Ap0c: What you've said is quite accurate. Service levels and the way in which customers is extremely important in this kind of industry. Especially online businesses with are more than likely to fold if word spreads that they are unreliable. Simply because there are hundreds of other businesses wanting the business.
I'm not sure about other resellers on the forums here but if there are, they're remarkably silent. Perhaps they've been left out to rot themselves.

He also claimed he was driving a 645i BMW to some other members on this forum. Said if you drive the car at a young age your doing well. Firstly I dont think he was ever driving that car and secondly if daddy buys it for you your not doing well.
The service he provides is shocking, he messes up and then treats the customers like dirt. He also lies constantly.
