I’m not going to bother to reply now, because frankly I have had enough. If I don’t reply in MSN...I'm NOT THERE. There is no need to leave 390 msg's even once the house sitter tells you that I’m away - yet you still continue.

I’ll refund your money with interested +2 prime, but I’ll no longer deal with you as a customer.

So refund my money jerk. And don't take 8 weeks like you did with the case.

And by the way you were on msn when I was talking to you. That's what the log is for dummy!

Do you have my banking details or do you want me to mail you?

Dude, I suggest you do, unless you're willing to lose a lot of potential customers here. At least TRY and save some face and some damage control instead of acting like an uptight prick.

You expect him to believe this after you told him on MSN to e-mail you because you don't have time to deal with him?

Dude, get over yourself, your behaviour is like that of a child. You could even learn a few things from the Telkom beast, even they are more customer-centric than you!

There is no reason he says.......I tend to disagree with that one, as does everyone else on this thread

Person, you need to catch a serious wakeup. I've read through every thread here that has claimed you have cocked up some element of their order (usually delivery after payment) and I'm not particularly impressed.
I could accept maybe one wrong disgruntled customer who just had it in for you but this goes above and beyond.

You work in a service and delivery business you knob. You've almost completely failed to deliver in either one of these areas. Your response to pressure from a customer who has already paid you should be at the very least courteous.

The response quoted above is simply not on. You're alienated a great deal of people today and you've basically aligned yourself with those businesses that think they don't need customers. You're not doing us a favour by selling us equipment.

Your business is run like a one-man show from a garage, uses very questionable business ethics and is pretty much reminicent of Telkom at a smaller scale.

So get a better attitude or quite simply get out of business.

Can we possibly merge this thread with this one? It's getting confusing reading the same stuff over and over :)

BTW, TheYak

If you don't come right with getting your card swapped out, ship it to me. Obviously I can't gaurantee that I can get it swapped out, but I'm 90% sure I can (assuming it's in warranty and undamaged)

mooK, you can deposit money into my account :D

Wow, cool message from AntiThesis. I'm afraid that Person just doesn't get it. He thinks that because of the past when he got away with other crimes that everyone is just gonna sit back and be raped in the ass! I don't think so, not this time are you gonna get away with it. I've mailed Person as well like he requested but I can promise you that he won't reply to it, because he didn't reply to the others.

And what is the difference between mail and msn when you're on msn with the person it's better than mail because it's instant. Maybe there's some weird wacked logic behind that kind of thinking. And yes Person I was on the same time as you as the log confrims it as well as your replies, so don't make it sound like you weren't there.

I personally met and dealt with person, Mailed him the morning, and later the afternoon got my stuff from him (hand delivered by himself). So I guess somehow something is wrong.

Well piranha786, I don't live in Cape Town :p

My order was a special quote order so maybe that's why.

But it doesn't excuse the way he's treating me on this matter. You might have been a satisfied customer before he left for Boston but obviously he's to big for his shoes since he moved there.

You would think that after this stunt he would have hand delivered to me as well.

I don't believe there is any excuse for this, nor the way he has treated you.
I have seen the threads from the youngster who was also ignored by Person.
Don't be fooled, there are plenty other places to buy hardware.

Ok guys here's the latest saga:

I was on msn last night and so was Brian so I contacted him. This is what he said (I'm Froogle):

Froogle says:
Brian Gibello!!!!!
Brian ||| Boston (co) ||| says:
If you want to talk to me... E-mail me
Froogle says:
oh is it
Brian ||| Boston (co) ||| says:
Im removing you from my MSN, because i dont have time for this.

So this is how I get treated like mailing him is any different than talking to him.

The words elude me at the moment.......
