That second one is DOT Yellow Computers ... there is another DOT Computers (second on Cipro's list) but registered in Cresta.

unless I am missing something, Brian's name (apart from person) is DOT Information Technology. Anyone who bought anything from him have an invoice with the details on? Would be interesting to see what's on the invoices

hmmm, my sources say it's "WE DO IT ALL COMPUTERS" (a CC). CIPRO confirms. The other 2 numbers are the ID numbers of the members of that CC. The address CIPRO gives is for the other member, not Brian.

CIPRO says "DOT YELLOW COMPUTERS" is 2004/056467/23
 
Ugh... I'm really getting annoyed now...

Still no card... still no refund.

In answer to my question as to why the refund hasn't been done yet, Person answered that "accounts had a problem with, as that was something I arranged off the books – as no card was returned or credited"

Hogwash! If I didn't query this again, it would never have been paid back! I'm getting so fed-up now! There is no "CT office" or "US office" - this "business" is a one man show and I'm not getting any reputable service whatsoever from him at all.

I'm FURIOUS!

Does anyone have any (decent) suggestion of any routes that I can take to get this sorted out, please?

Hmmm... says everything was sent via titanium.itns.co.za

I don't want to post the whole thing and get myself into trouble. How can I check it?

well in 2004/5 sometime we had 2 send him a letter from our lawyers @ RX because he used one of our taglines on his invoice. (we had this thing on our business cards & in our email sigs

New systems | upgrade | repairs | networking | webdesign

)

and we saw and invoice he posted on pcbg and it had it on there.. like not the general thing... like copy/paste... like direct!!

and we asked him 2 remove and he said no... so we got a letter drafted and he took it off... but his excuse was "i thought you could just use those kind of things"

so he got banned from the forum there....for like 12months (not for that... but that added 2 the ban, ...which was for being a d|ck on the forum and messing with the dealers who were there for long time b4 him, like... dont by from RX.. they sh|t... buy from me type thing)

and then he came back (better-ish) untill last week when he skrewed a couple of the members outa goods...that they have paid for.

I’ll try calling him again, but I usually only get the “leave a message” thingy.

Here’s what just happened before I typed this:

My Skype status is set to away;
Brian’s Skype status is set to Online;
I change my status to Online and go into chat mode;
Brain’s Skype status changes to away.

EDIT: Update I just switched to invisible mode in Skype and in less than 10 seconds, boom, Brain’s back online.

Well Pearljam I remember now that I actually first saw about brian at PCBG, because I was asking about the case and he said he could get. Other than that I would never have found out about Dot. Wish I never had.

The Yak, I also have still not been contacted and specifically asked Garth to contact me today or else which is clear proof evidence that "Garth Hart" and Brian are one in the same.

Landyman this is what I will do if this punk doesn't refund me soon since he doesn't want to give me the package that I actually paid for. I'm sure The Yak won't mind either since he's getting ripped too.

Hey guys isn't it if you pay for something and it is agreed on that it's legally binding to give that person what you paid for? Could be wrong, someone able to shed some light?

By the way Garth/Brian hasn't contacted me yet.

I wonder how long DOT will be around. From the looks of it this 20 year old child better get his **** together or close down.

Atleast IMO no MYADSL member will order from him again.
 
I thought there was a physical address in CT? Can somebody not go there and confirm, or speak to the people working there? That sounds like a pretty simple thing to do?

Person everyone knows you are viewing this thread. Sort out the guys problems before you actually get into trouble wiff de law and bubba makes you his boy toy.
 
This whole thing sounds a bit suspect to me... Am I the only whom does not buy this whole USA thing? How exactly did he (if he is infact there) get a visa to setup his bedroom operation there (last time i checked you needed to have atleast $2 mil dollars to setup a business in states like NY and MA and employ a certain number of US residents). If he is there on a holiday visa chances are he won't be there for too long...

ROFLMAO... its so lame..

anyway RE the going round 2 his place... its in wynburg (as i remember) if u looking for the address ZeroCoil (from PCBG) swopped out a mobo there once so he knows the place... but AFAIK/understand he's in the states... so i dont think there would be any1 there... and there ARE NO STORES... he worked from home (not that that is bad... i did that for +-4 years with RX... and it worked out well...big store isnt always the answer... but customer service is...)

maybe his mother is still here? some1 should go by and have a chat 2 her... maybe she'll fly over and spank him 4 us... with a 2x4.... with nails protruding....rusted nails... :D
