I want to downgrade my line speed from 4Mbps to 2, and my uncapped data package accordingly.
I read on the clientzone that I will not receive any refund or pro rata reduction - does this mean that I will be charged the same if I cancel now or at the end of the month / billing cycle? How many days notice must I give to not be billed again for the higher speed?
