I have 10meg line with Webafrica and do some torrent downloads.
I get at best 130mbs download speed.
When i disconnect and connet with my 3g account the same torrent jumps to over 1Mbyte a second.

I am hoping the torrent site is not heavily shaped and need some advice?
I am not a heavy user but that said why offer data and not the means to download or restrict that data where it becomes more a frustration than its worth.
The question i have is why the different speeds from the very same torrent?
Maybe its time to look for another provider?
Suggestions?
