Yeah but that wasn't really forced on you, it was a minority as it rightfully should be. You could play as anything and still have straight relationships.
I can see this possibly going the other way, where everything will be these mixed relationships, and you'll have to play as a specific char and romance someone specific who you may not even like, to have a straight relationship...

From all my years playing games I haven't even taken notice since I don't mix creative works with reality, but damn, have it since been politicized. There is a liberal attack on the conservatives. Odd.
A long time ago I liked playing ToEE, but I remember how some people rubbished the game due to it having a bisexual male character. That is dumb herd mentality. Conservatives accept gay women in creative works and porn, but struggle to accept it in reality, and are absolutely against gay men. These views have since reached an equilibrium; conservatives today are more open to gay people.
There is a worsening situation in concern to thought-training when it comes to the broader topic.
As I have long said here, I accept all people. Just don't preach in my home or where I seek leisure. Don't attempt to play tricks on my kid.
I have read the papers, the guidelines are indicative.
Anyhow, I hope that this will be a good game.
