How much data did you download in that time? If you downloaded 1kb, you got and used their service, which you should pay for. Every other service provider does the same.

One thing I've found is if you treat people with respect, they will do "special" things for you to keep your business. Take Vodacom for example. I couldn't use my data due to issues. When they were fixed, they gave me the full amount of data to use. According to their T&Cs they didnt have to.

You ommited a lot of facts like wanting to ruin there reputation.

The next day you create this post. I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but that is damning in your motivation.

Normal people take the knock and find a better supplier that deserves their money (on time)

HAHA... I would have just paid what needs to be paid, and left the service, move to another service. And leave feedback in a professional manner.

I tried "Crystal web" but just took my wallet some where else. Why bitch about it just move FFS ? I'm sure you both have more pressing issues to deal with.

Very true. This would be classed as bullying, and publishing the name of a customer on an anon forum is not a winning strategy. The hostile atmosphere also prevents many rational people from commenting.

Can CrystalWeb just go do Christmas or Hannukah and stop trying to get their own back on a customer?

Herein lies the question:

1) It is permissible for a customer to post any correspondence of a company with whomever's details in it.
2) It is also permissible for a costumer to slander a company at their delight.
3) It seems it is not permissible for a company to respond to 1 or 2 using the same correspondence.

Therefore I would think there is a bit of a conflict here looking at 1 2 and 3; having more rights assigned to the customer at the expense of the company.

IMHO if you have taken the public route you should not run of to someone crying to now project you from the big bad wolf you have opened the door to yourself.

I think a private person would be awarded some protection however a company and its reps are just that. Representatives and if they ecpect such levels of protection then don't become an official rep here.
Just my thoughts.

Calling your wife, per say, a bitch for giving me a ****ed up service is good?

If any one had ever in their lives worked a call centre you would know the level of abuse thrown at you from people who think they own and are owned too.
