I still feel that when she started the public thread she went down that road which left CW little option but to post the correspondences like any other customer would have done in their place without having their posts deleted. It is rather daft to allow one party the ability to post an email if they are pissed off by the company, but the company may not do the same to shed some light on the issue, having to hide under the so called anon card.

Of course having yourself in this situation you would have wanted to do the same to clear your name.... right?

Bottom line is if you feel a company is unethical and you are not locked into a contract and you cannot get satisfaction then take the legal steps.
Stop paying if you not getting service. Reverse debit order if need be and then take it from there.
I have learned not to attack a company here or their reps as it will mostly get you nowhere especially if you are emotional about it

How many have said they would tap that? You now say she's ready for a new profession?

I think she made the wrong choice, but why all the sexual comments? What does that achieve? The mods have moderated the wrong posts. Belittling a woman with sexual/anal rhetoric when she's already felt the moral backlash is BS.

Shame on all of you. You know who you are...

To the mods. Please remove all the "tap that" comments or anal comments please.

She deserves the backlash, did you see how she interacted with the other human beings in those emails?

I'm sorry but she disgusted me. I will never speak to another human in that manner and she's a woman who behaves like that who swears left right and center.... I don't respect a woman or man who talks like that.

Agreed. As are the comments about our staff, however our staff quite enjoy the friendly banter with customers, especially the women who find it hilarious when the guys ask for "pics or they're a dude". The moment it goes over a line that we feel it's bordering on harassment we'll always step in and diffuse the situation. In this case, the comments about scyn were unacceptable if they were directed at her because of her gender.
 
I've reported the OP, now to wait and see if it actually gets locked: Well missed it intended mark.

I'm also convinced after the fiasco that CW is taking legal steps.
