Hi there - I hope someone can help as I cannot seem to get the answer I need or get the problem resolved.

I have HP Fileserver running Sickbeard and Sabnzbd that is always on and download the required shows and puts it in the desired folders. I then have a Microserver running XBMC downstairs and this picks up the daily shows and update the library and never an issue. This is connected to the Fileserver through SMB.

I recently bought the MX2 and this connected from the bedroom to the Fileserver through SMB as well, but I get this "Connection Timeout" everyday after the Fileserver downloaded the new episodes for that day - the only fix at the moment seems to be to restart the Fileserver (not a long term solution). It appears that the moment there's a change on the fileserver the connection is lost.

As a side note - the MX2 is also connected to the Media centre downstairs with XBMC on it and that connection stays active - I assume it's because the content stays constant.

Any ideas on how to get past this - any help will be appreciated!
