DSl-2750U support password

Hi there.
Does anybody know how to get the support account password for a dsl-2750u(it's the one that telkom is handing out at the moment).
Pretty good router and very impressed with it's capabilities so far. My only thing that i can't find anywhere on the product manuals is the password for the support account...and without it i can't set a new password.

Any clues?
 
Also had me stumped for a couple of days. The support password is simply "support".

So the three user accounts with default passwords:
admin -> admin
support -> support
user -> user
 
Hi, Franna is correct. But if you are referring to the support password for remote management it is "TelkomDlink12345"

Why did you guys need the remote management password? I'm just curious, that's all.

I can log into my support from the office, one can't log into the admin account over the internet though.

My Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but this is the closest I found anyone to come to an answer on this 'support' password.

Mine is not a Telkom branded Dlink 2750u, and I was wondering if anyone knew the default password for remote management's support account on these models?

D-Link preps the normal black DSL-2750U with the same firmware as the branded one. The remote password "TelkomDlink12345" will work for the support account. Can I ask though, what the exact url is to access a router remotely? for eg. ip/support?

I highly advise that you change all three account passwords (admin, user, support) to your own password. A precarious individual can easily log in with the default passwords, and perform a firmware upgrade with the wrong kernel or header on purpose and brick your router, or even Port Forward your PC directly onto the internet for their access and cause all sorts of havoc.

It's how you would normally connect, except for 10.0.0.1 you type in the IP address assigned to you by the ISP. Also, this thread is 6 months old :)
 
I tried it on DSL 2500U , but didn't work...
Still finding its password....
