DSL Speed upgraded 2 hours after order

Hi guys,

So I phoned Telkom this morning to upgrade my line speed at home from 384 kbps to 1024 kbps, about 20 minutes ago I was busy doing some work when my internet connection bommed out..

So I made some coffee, logged onto the router and now it is syncing at 1024 kbps and I did a speedtest to confirm..

Am I dreaming, or did my line speed just get upgraded in 2 hours?

Actually that sounds a bit slow. Usually your line speed is upgraded by the time you put down the phone.

Yeah, it should be almost instantaneous...

I was upgraded to 4096 from 384 in 15 minutes, and downgraded from 4096 to 1024 while on the call
Thats one thing they seem to get right ^ ^
