Probably incompetence. You'd think given market sentiment they'd have their game faces on but nee.Wait do they get an admin fee for this or do they get a discount on the premuim and yet bill the clients the full amount? trying to figure out their end game here

spoken like a true anc voter.Unfortunately that will never happen because of my love of sport.
I never get any bills from them.Be prepared. I got a billing item of R31.61 today for "Disney+".
Busy fighting with them on online chat.
Check your bills people.
I had to tell the bot "speak to a consultant" to get a human being (sorry, this is their online bot). That's why, just about 100% of the time I just interact with their WhatsApp bot to determine amount o/s, when due, then link to payment mechanism by due date.
Yes, exactly. They add it to your account like they're doing you a favour, but you're responsible to opt-out. I never even opted-in!This is like the VAS scams that Vodascum and eMpTyN do, latching on "services" with cost and hope you won`t notice. If you want to contract with Satan then this is what happens. The solution is to not contract with Satan.

Still using Morse Code and smoke signals then? This is like the VAS scams that Vodascum and eMpTyN do, latching on "services" with cost and hope you won`t notice. If you want to contract with Satan then this is what happens. The solution is to not contract with Satan.

There isn't an option for Disney under My Products. Does it take time to reflect? Or is there something that can be done on the Disney site itself?Go into your account profile on the DStv website and cancel the package add-on. Don't wait for the trial to expire. Even if you don't use it, they will start billing you after the 'free' period.
If you click 'Manage' on your main product, you should see a section appear at the lower right. This section has options to add Showmax, Namola, Disney, etc... you should be able to configure it from there. There isn't an option for Disney under My Products. Does it take time to reflect? I see it, but it only has the option to add Disney+ (?????) One of us will have to try the chat box tomorrow or find another way to get in touch with them. I have feeling this is going to some nice aggravation coming our way because of Dstv.If you click 'Manage' on your main product, you should see a section appear at the lower right. Alternatively, try the 'Disconnect Packages' button.
Lastly, try the chat option (icon bottom right "Let's Chat!") on the website. That proved the most useful to me. They'll be able to remove it for you.
