Bought a second HD PVR, call them up to activate it. It was fast and all that but they said they are having problems with delays and it will take sometime before the decoder start to work. So I need to check when it starts working and call them to activated extra view again.2 hours later the decoder started to work, I called them again explain everything and they said they will activated the extra view but they are still having issues so I needed to wait. After hour both started working for about 50min then my primary decoder started to show E16 error.
Now I am calling them again every time it goes through their line drops, or I hold on for 40min and then it drops:twisted:
I tried all the numbers to no avail. I tried to log in on https://selfservice.dstv.com/self-service/my-account/ does not work!
I have for years never called them and now that I need them its just bloody useless
